Route Description: Climbed up from Frontier Ranch Trailhead, descended the east facing chute from summit. Data: Began hiking AT 9:30 from above the radio towers which are at 10,820' (estimated 10,950'). Reached the summit at 2 pm (14,197'). Descended to just below mines which I think are at 12,400', so maybe skied to 12,200' (approx 1800' vert). Hiked back over southeast ridge to return to road and followed road back to car. Returned around 5 pm. Total vert climbed: 3250'. Total vert skied: 1800'. Relevant Links: TGR Trip Report |
